That Embroidery Place uses the latest computer controlled embroidery equipment and software, which allows quick digitization and embroidery of any logo or artwork provided by our customers.

Embroidery uses needles and threads to adorn your apparel or product with your logo or artwork. By utilizing state-of-the-art software and equipment, we can apply the correct number of stitches to to correspond with the artwork. Once your images have been digitized, we can sew it on something small like a hat or enlarge it to fit on the back of a coat, making it a very versatile option for your brand.
Because embroidery is three dimensional, the results are far more exciting than traditional silks screen or other imprinting methods. We also have a vast selection of thread colors including neons and metallic, that can be added and changed with a click of a button.
Unfortunately, there is a limit to embroidery. Some images and fonts do not reproduce on a small scale very well. We make sure to stitch out a sample of each order to see how readable the details will be before continuing with your order. Because of their rounded surfaces, caps and hats are perfect for embroidery.

Screen Printing

We utilize a technique called heat press for our screen printing orders. We work with our customers to finalize the exact artwork and from that we order screen printed transfers that use silkscreen technology with the most durable plastisol inks. Designs are printed on individual release papers and we heat apply them with a professional heat press.
The custom transfers can heat apply to anything cotton, polyester, or cotton/poly blend and a wide variety of ink formulas, from standard to glitter to puff, are available to choose from. We can also order transfers with photo realistic, high-definition designs and an unlimited color palette. These transfers are available in a wide variety of options including matte, glossy, and metallic finishes and are ideal for artwork that contains special effects, patterns, or shading.
Because of the heat press technology, we are able to order transfers in minimal quantities. However, it is usually more cost effective to place a screen printing order for multiple quantities. This is a perfect option for promotional or event t-shirts.
